Let's Talk Energy Balance

Energy balance is important. Consider the following: 

1. When you consume too much energy and burn too little, your body stores that excess energy as body fat. 

2. When you burn too much and don't consume enough energy it's hard for the body to perform including thinking plus it's hard for the body to recoup from training; including rest and recovery.

Also....being overweight increases your risk for several cancers, including colon, pancreatic, endometrial and post-menopausal breast cancer.

We don't strive to be a particular size; we strive for health and performance.....
