    Ready to start your day with a fun, high-energy workout? Join our Punches-n-Bunches class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:00 AM! This 45-minute session combines the intensity of boxing with the benefits of strength training, perfect for all ages and fitness levels, including seniors.

    • Inclusive Workouts: Adaptable for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned fitness enthusiasts.
    • Small Class Size: With a max of 4-5 people, you’ll receive personalized attention in a supportive environment.
