Most Common Goals

At Gymnanigans the 3 most common goals related to nutrition are performance enhancement (agility, strength, endurance), weight loss and weight gain (muscle development). 

As an exercise science pro and cert. nutrition counselor I assist clients in achieving all three goals. With input from the client we prioritize the goals and create plans to execute. 

To be clear, when I say, "weight loss," what I mean is improving body composition (losing fat and maintaining or putting on muscle).

Btw if your goal is to improve aesthetics, then just losing weight isn't enough. To improve your physique you have to work out.
