HER Strength

I have many clients who start strength training reluctantly 😊 with so much misinformation, the thought of increased muscular size didn’t appeal to them.  “I don’t want to get bulky” 👀😏 (insert my aunt Esther look) haha jk, I 100% understand. I like a generous amount of strength with lean muscle definition 🤗

Want body recomposition? Body recomposition,  can’t take place without some form of resistance training 🙅🏿‍♀️weight loss is different than recomposition and weight loss doesn’t mean fat loss ...a person can lose weight but not fat 🤯 that’s one reason why the weight is gained back rapidly, amazing right 👌

As a matter of fact, for most women, muscular gain is not as great as in men, even when they make the same relative gains in strength 🗣 most women have more estrogen and less testosterone 💪

Apply the appropriate principles and techniques of weight training and it can work for any BODY 🧗🏿‍♀️ 👌
