A gym and a fitness studio are both places where people can work out and improve their physical fitness, but they have some differences.

A gym is a larger facility that typically offers a wider range of exercise equipment, including weightlifting machines, cardio equipment, and free weights. Gyms often have a larger floor space, are more spacious and offer more room for members to work out. They often have a more casual atmosphere, with a focus on self-guided workouts.

A fitness studio, like Gymnanigans, on the other hand, is a smaller, more specialized facility that focuses on developing physical and mental skills using evidence based methods including goal setting sessions, performance review, customized training plans, 1:1 consultations, group sessions and personal training.
