Dead Butt Syndrome...It's an Epidemic
"Dead butt syndrome" is a colloquial term used to describe a condition characterized by a lack of sensation or pain in the buttocks, along with muscle weakness and decreased mobility. This condition is typically caused by prolonged periods of sitting, leading to reduced circulation and nerve function in the area, as well as decreased activation of the muscles that support the pelvis and spine. The condition can be relieved by stretching and strengthening exercises and taking frequent breaks from sitting.
