6-2-8 Breathing
6-2-8 breathing life is busy and sometimes our brain can bombard us with everything we have to do and then boom… the feeling of being overwhelmed can occur I know it happens to me sometimes, so what to do?
I , find an inspiring spot to think (def by the fireplace this time of year) then take a breath
I like the 6-2-8 breathing method
Start off with maybe 2 to 5 sets before working on a project, training session, competition or anything major. Overtime, you can do throughout day to refocus.
I feel energized and ready to move forward
