6-2-8 breathing 😮‍💨 life is busy and sometimes our brain can bombard us with everything we have to do and then boom… the feeling of being overwhelmed can occur 😰 I know it happens to me sometimes, so what to do?
I 🛑, find an inspiring spot to think (def by the fireplace this time of year) then take a breath
✨I like the 6-2-8 breathing method
Super simple breathing exercise that improves focus & awareness 🎧. Inhale for six seconds, hold for two seconds, exhale for eight seconds.
Start off with maybe 2 to 5 sets before working on a project, training session, competition or anything major. Overtime, you can do throughout day to refocus.
