Q & A: Workout One Day A Week
I love receiving questions. Questions help uncover training challenges you're facing and helps with finding solutions.
Q: Can I workout one day a week and get the results I want
A: What type of results are you looking for? For workouts to have long-term effects; you must do one than one; you should have a training regimen.
A standalone workout is an activity that makes you sweat, helps you to feel good, maybe help to alleviate the feeling of stress. Exercise is a physical activity but all physical activity isn't exercise. A training plan is a multitude of workouts which progress based on your physical progression and what you're trying to achieve. Hopefully you're training and not just doing a workout.
